Went in for a piercing. Lindsay was fantastic. She sat me down and explained everything I needed to know about the process, the after care, and made sure to answer all of my questions without seeming irritated or annoyed, as I had many. I would highly recommend this place and will go back in the future.

I got my ears pierced here and the first thing you notice when you walk in is how CLEAN the parlor is. The man who pierced my ears was super friendly and the whole process was quick, painless and sterile-- he wore gloves, the piercing needle was new, from a sterilized package, and disposed of properly afterwards. They were very kind about walking me through the process (1st piercing!) and making sure I had aftercare instructions.

Beware! I went for a cover up. Cynthia did half of it. I told her of my concerns with the tattoo and she refused to finish it. What kind of business practice is that? I had paid on full also. The tat is horrible! The half that's done anyway. I tried many times to resolve this and Cynthia is unwilling to do anything! So I'm scarred for life now with this very bad tattoo nightmare! Choose your tattoo artist wisely. Cynthia will NOT cover her work or help her customers!
