Owner is extremely neat, clean and following state health regulations, very professional place. Artists do a great job and are personable. Sent a few students over who wanted more tattoo's and they had rave reviews.

My friends and I were looking to get a matching tattoo before one went back to college and the other joined the army. It was a really simple idea, all words. We called and set up a time for a consultation, when we went in for it only 1 of the tattoo artists were there. When they looked at their schedule there was nothing written down about our consultation or our appointment. When I asked to see portfolios I was told "most of it is online" and had to ask 2 more times if I could just see SOMETHING while I was standing there for a consultation that no one had bothered to remember. When given books of some tattoos I was less than impressed at what was inside. The woman could not give me any idea on pricing what so ever, but requested I email her the picture of the font we wanted to use. I tried twice and it was not a legit email both times. These people were unprepared and it showed. Never even got through the consultation process so it's safe to say there's no way in hell I'm going here for my tattoos. Anyone who's interested in quality ink and a professional environment should check out twisted ink!

This place is amazing!! Modern clean facility and very well cared for. Doesn't have that "average tattoo shop" feel or look. The people that work there are all pretty cool and Grant did a killer job on my hand piece. He does excellent work!! I would recommend this place to anybody! :)

Followed an artist and friend of mine Dave Costella to this shop about a month ago, I had a semi large piece we had been vaguely planning before he switched to mayhem. I went in to see Dave and have it sized and fit to my arm and to talk about when would be a good time to get started. The other staff at this shop immediately made me feel uncomfortable and bombarded me with paperwork and harassed me about a deposit on a tattoo that hadn't even been sketched up or scheduled yet. I felt like I needed to run out of there before they cornered me. When Dave was finally able to print the piece comfortably and size it on my arm they whispered to dave telling him I needed to go in the back and wait but the only mirror provided in the whole shop for viewing your piece is out front. I left my consultation and immediately told my best friend that had it not been for the fact that I loved Dave's work I would not go back to that shop. When I did come back to start my piece they again made for a very uncomfortable environment and displayed bad customer service. Not to mention the other artists in the shop do work that leaves more to be desired at the least. My piece came out absolutely stunning and I will continue to get my work done by Dave, however I do not recommend this shop at all as it was a very uncomfortable experience and I never felt as though I was welcome in the shop.

In response to the owner, I'd just like to add that as a person with anxiety the uncomfortable situation I was put into here caused me to experience physical and mental trouble as well as embarassment. I feel as though you are missing my point in that I was put in a very uncomfortable situation from start to finish and I find your response to be rude, insensitive and frankly unprofessional. If you are truly convinced my review is fake I will gladly search for the messages I sent to multiple people on that date expressing how upset and uncomfortable I was.

Amazing! Just had a memorial tattoo done by Niki and I love it! Staff is great and friendly and store is spotless clean. I’ll be back soon for another tattoos. Thank you so much !!

I had a pretty rough tattoo from about 11 years ago. Billie-Jo and I talked about my options and came up with some compromises on how to best fix it. Given what she had to work with I think the final product came out awesome! The old tattoo was fading and she incorporated that into the fix and it really came out well. I don't know the next time I'll get more ink but I do know where I will go for it.

Tom tattooed my girlfriend and I today and killed it! He took us as walk-ins and had us in and out within an hour. He was very friendly and we had a great time being tattooed by him. We will be back again!

Don’t quite remember what my tattoo artists name was because I got it a few months back, but he was really cool to talk to while getting my tattoo. We were both from FL so it was a fun conversation lol. I got simple linework and he got it done in maybe 10 mins top. Very laid back place, felt comfortable even though it was my first time getting a tattoo. Considering coming in the next time I’m in the area for sure.

I was looking for a shop to do my first tattoo. I have a busy schedule, so this shop opened for me on a day they were closed. Randy, the artist, was phenomenal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be going back very soon to get my second!
