Hobo's Tattoo

Phil is fantastic- he’s done about 10 of my tattoos. Place is super clean. Phil is patient and has a gentle touch. His line work is immaculate and color is beautiful. I will keep going to him!

My husband and I came in for a walk-in tattoo on 2/27/23. The whole experience was wonderful! We were greeted by Victoria. Who was super friendly and helpful setting up a time with an artist. I ended up getting an appointment a little later that day with Steve. He was so incredibly kind and personable! The tattoo came out amazing he nailed both the line work and colors. I really am over the moon with the whole experience. The vibe in the whole shop was really good. Friendly people doing fabulous work.

My two friends and I last minute decided to get a tattoo. We tried two other places and both were full or not taking walk ins. We have been to Hobo’s before, I haven’t gotten anything done by them but I have been with other friends while they get their tattoos done. Every time it was a great experience even for myself who didn’t get one done. When we walked in we were greeted by the assistant Victoria, she explained cost range right off the bat when we asked. She was also so attentive and welcoming. Once we got in all three of us got William Jackman. He was FANTASTIC! I am not amazing when it comes to pain so I was struggling a little but he was literally hyping me up saying I was doing a good job etc. Will overall is super talented and does a great job at distracting from the pain, he also is fun to chat to. I 100% recommended him and this place. Super clean and amazing to look at all of the artwork on the walls. Fast service, cool artists, great assistant, and just a fun time! This is an incredible tattoo shop. I've gotten plenty of tattoos before but I have never been to a place that cares so much about their customers. While there, another artist was assisting a couple getting their first tattoos. He advised them on placement, how the tattoo would age, and reassured them that he could move the stencil or adjust it if they didn't like it. There's always that place where you feel pressured to agree to the stencil at first, but this is not one of those places. All of the artists were kind, caring, and chatty.

In their downtime, other artists were cleaning their stations or organizing their supplies. Hobo's Tattoo is a clean place to get a tattoo, and it shows.

If you're getting your first tattoo, this would be a great place to go. They take the time to explain things to you and don't pressure you into anything. For those with more tattoos, this is a great parlor. The atmosphere was welcoming and the artists all do fantastic work.

I've been there 2x in the past few months. I had to go back to have my " hexagon " made into the circle it should have been. A month later, I went back to get some writing on my right chest (that looks terrible)! It looks like the guy had the shakes. Not one line is smooth!!! I went back again and was told....it looks fine 🫤.

Really cool little tattoo place. My son and wife got their tattoo their and the professionalism and cleanliness was a very nice change compared to some of the cesspools in the area.
100% recommend this place for any tattoo needs.

I have had 5 pieces done here since November of 2021 and I gotta tell you, Hobos is far and away, the best tattoo parlor I have been to. Two of the artists, Phil and Will are super cool dudes, both of them did a great job on the pieces they did for me. Friendly environment. Overall just a good experience. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to do Walk-In’s, appointments, etc. Keep up the good work!

Although I loved my tattoo, I do feel that I was taken advantage of when it comes to price. This was my first tattoo and I was extremely nervous to talk price before hand (mistake). I assumed my fairly simple piece that took 40mins-1 hour would be around $150, it was closer to $300 with tip. I do understand it’s a pandemic, but I felt the price was made up based on the fact It was my first time and I had not talked price before the tattoo was finished. Despite the price, being a little high compared to others in the area, I got a nice traditional tattoo that was covid safe.

I got my first tattoo at Hobo's two weeks ago on 1/22. I was pretty nervous as I'd never had a tattoo before. Sean my tattoo artist really helped make me feel comfortable. He was super professional and was really easy to work with when I asked him if he could make the sketch a little smaller. The tattoo looks exactly how I imagined it and I would definitely go back here again for another one!
