My sister, cousin, and aunt all were planning to get memorial tattoos for my grandmother who passed away from cancer. My aunt called iron works a few days in advance to make appointments. She was told on the phone that they don’t take appointments and that we should just arrive at noon when they open and we’d get taken right away as walk ins. When the day came we arrived right at noon and we’re immediately told by a grumpy man that they are booked until 5pm and wouldn’t take us. When we asked for clarification as to how they’re booked if they don’t take appointments and why we were told to arrive as walk ins at noon he gave us a lot of attitude and wouldn’t answer the questions. He then rudely asked “so are you coming back after 5 or not?” We chose not based on the rudeness and misinformation we were given. We’ll be finding a new place to get our memorial tattoos.

I walked into Iron Works without an appointment and walked out with the most beautiful tattoo, complete with shading and details that went above and beyond my expectations or the sketch I provided. Midas did an incredible job, and I have already reached out and requested that he do an entire sleeve because I was obsessed with not only his work on my tattoo, but his sketches and past tattoos that I was able to look at in his space while he tattooed me. Great experience, amazing pricing, clean, respectful, I cannot think of a single negative thing about my experience. This was my 3rd time walking in to Iron Works to get a tattoo without an appointment, and I have had a great experience every time, however this was my first experience in which the tattoo I was requesting was more detailed and not just a single line or word. Far exceeded what I had hoped for. I definitely will be back. And Midas is awesome.

Lee did a fox for me and my sister as walk-ins and it was a great experience. He was funny and professional, his linework is stunningly well done, and he totally got out vibe we wanted. If we ever find ourselves in NH again, we would definitely go back!

I went to Iron Works for my first tattoo at age 53...on my birthday. Ashlie did the work and she was phenominal!! She helped fine tune my design...she had a great "bedside manner"...and her finished work is EXCEPTIONAL!! I would definitely recommend her and Iron Works to anyone that asks.

Haven't been in about 5 years but when I called looking for my old artists pal they were super polite. I also know they are a stupidly trustworthy location. They'll meet with you..talk things over and charge fair as fair gets. Good folks here.

I have had work done by Jason as has my veteran husband. He does fantastic work. I told him a rough idea for what I wanted and took the time to dig into the idea and create an incredible piece. I get compliments on it all the time. Unlike many tattoo artists he was able to work with my schedule and offered to come in earlier in the day to better suit me. Such a cool guy had so much in common with my husband and they spent all the time talking about mutual interests and the time flew by. Can't wait to go back and have more work done.
