Very rude and doesn't listen when you bring up an issue , he just wants to argue and blame it on anything and everything else. They NEVER show up on time for the appointment times that they give you. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Made an appointment for the 20th of October, was there a half hour early, stayed an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment for nothing. Decided to schedule with someone else. Definitely won't go again.
