went to get my nose pierced for the first time would recommend , definitely going back again !! if i could rate more then 5 stars i would , made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time !

I went in a few days ago to get my nipples pierced along with my friend who had gotten her nose pierced and Bill who did our piercings was very comforting and funny. The place was very clean and they had a good show in the lobby area. The girls at the front desk were very nice and polite. I also went a few months ago to get a tattoo done by Brett who is no longer there and the tattoo is beautiful, he did an amazing job. I will be going back for any tattoos or piercings I need in the future!

Update: went back yesterday 8/4for another tattoo with my daughter. I can't stress enough how amazing Bill is. He stayed 2 hours after closing to finish our tattoos! Mine I got on my hand and WOW, it's absolutely beautiful. His work is so amazing! My daughter is so happy with hers! Bill we can't thank you enough! I will never go to another artist! Thank you so much Bill! ❤️
I brought my daughter here first to get her nose pierced. Bill did her piercing, and he was amazing! She felt very comfortable! We loved him so much we went back to see him for matching tattoos last month ! He does such amazing work that I just went back yesterday for another tattoo! He is amazing! He is very funny! I felt so comfortable and felt like I knew him for a long time! I will definitely be a client of his for ever!!!! ❤

Amazing costumer services they are friendly . Marylin did my tattoo is a master piece i get some many complements. she is a Genius and her work is very detailed oriented i got my mother name with a bouquet of flowers 💐 she got everything on it the best. I am coming back for more 🙂

The owner, Bill was awesome! I love my new ink and would recommend his shop to anybody. He was super personal, very clean with his work and took his time to make sure our experience there was perfect. I have to say, it was the best time I’ve had getting tattooed. Bill did his job impeccably while making my boyfriend and I laugh a lot :)

The staff at Heart and Dagger are amazing! I had called a day prior asking if they had walk-in availability, and I was called the next day to come in to get my tattoo! Bill was the one who gave me my tattoo and he was very thorough with me afterwards about taking care of it! Definitely will come back for my future tattoos/piercings!!

We took our toddler to get her ears pierced and had a great experience. I called first to get all the info and the lady on the phone was professional and knowledgeable and told me the process and what to bring since my daughter’s a minor. When we arrived, they checked ids and her info, then they let her pick out her earrings. Once the man piercing her ears got started, he explained everything to her. He was patient with her and I could tell she was relaxed, if only a little wary about the unknown of getting her first pierced ears. By the end she was so proud and pleased with her ears. Once done, all the cleaning and how long to keep original piercing in was explained. Overall a great experience.

I wanted to get a double helix and a rook piercing, so I called to get a price. The girl who answered the phone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Made it a lot easier to pick this shop over others. When I arrived, I was allowed to just walk in for the piercing, which was nice, and I went through the process of getting "checked in". When I met Bill, the piercer, I already knew I was in good hands. He was kind, comforting, and had a great sense of humor. 10/10 will go back again.

Went to get my first tattoo for my birthday here. Called and was able to do a walk in which was awesome! Everyone there was professional and kind. Marilyn was the artist that did my tattoo and the experience was amazing and super comfortable!! Would definitely go back to get my second, great shop!

My piercing experience was excellent. Everything was sealed, sterilized and set up right in front of me. Bill was nice, professional, and he talked me through the entire piercing process.. I felt completely comfortable. The piercing was done quickly, pain-free & looks great! I was truly impressed, from the courteous staff member who spoke on the phone to let me know when my daughter, her friend, & I could each come in, to all the other safety procedures they have in place that I noticed from the moment I walked in.. including everyone wearing face masks, proper distancing, and the limited number of clientele allowed inside at a time. While filling out the required paperwork in the waiting area, it was noticeably very clean. I liked the music and decor as well. Absolutely everything was done with safety in mind and professionally, with a short wait time. We were all happy with our piercings and experience. I will definitely be back.
