Went to get another piercing at 2pm on Sunday, and a girl approached me and said
"We are booked for the rest of the day!"
I've had probably 20 piercings done at this location, previously, by Billy & Adrian and have never had this happen! I looked back into Tattoo & Piercing area and saw no one waiting... I've probably spent about 3,000 total at this establishment, (if not more)
I always tip VERY well as I am a server and rely on tips myself.
The whole incident seemed really strange, and I got the vibe she simply didn't like me. Ive been there many times while it was busy and just waited for my turn in line. (There was no line!)
Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I got a tattoo here as a walkin the best experience i have ever had the girl on the phone was so helpful and relatable easy to talk to and the artist that did my ink was quick and so efficient and my tattoo waa exactly what i asked for!!! Thank you would definitely recommend and will be back for more.

I got my nose pierced here in July of 2018 while on a vacation with my boarding school, and I’m leaving a review 4 years later because thinking back, they deserve a full 5 stars. I was 18 and erratically decided to get my nose pierced just because I could. The staff answered all of my questions kindly and I felt very taken care of. Billy talked me through the process beforehand, made sure I was comfortable, and even let me bring back a friend so I felt even more comfortable and safe. He kept me distracted and entertained as I was very nervous since I’m terrified of needles, and I giggled through the whole thing. Was it painless? Of course not, it was a needle going through my nose. But he did make it as painless as possible and kept me laughing through it all. He made sure to get the placing as I wanted it since I have odd nostrils (in my opinion) and was patient with me having him remark it about 4-5 different times. Taught me about proper after care and everything. I was a little wary since it seemed like a janky shop in a random mall, but I’m so glad I did it there. I would recommend it for any piercings, especially to younger people for their first body piercings.

I've been going to John Pricer for many years now. He is an amazing tattoo artist and extemely creative; his fine line work is impeccable and i recommend him to anyone and everyone. Joe Chavez and Billy "Fingers" are my favorite piercers, too. 10/10 go here and see all of them!

Unprofessional. We asked to set up appointment twice and they never did he told us he will be there all day tomorrow and we arrived he wasn’t there. The fact we tried to set up appointment twice and they never asked us for a time and just said okay.
