This place is unprofessional and they need better front desk people. Sent me an email that my appt was at 2:00 pm today I show up at 1:45 and they had the nerve to tell me that my artist already left because my appt was at 1:00 which it wasn’t my email from them clearly states 2:00 pm. Very disappointed since I’ve come here for all my tattoos but now I will probably will never come back.

The people were so accommodating when I walked in. They did a beautiful Kokopelli tattoo and the gentleman was so kind and answered any questions I had. Such a great price and a very clean store.

If I could give a zero star review I would. The tattoo artist that I had he was friendly but today I’m covering up the mess that he made of my arm and I’m so disappointed in the work that was put Into my arm. I paid too much money to have this already be covered up a year later. Very disappointed.
