Well honestly house of pain has some pretty cool people running it, but I am not so sure about the work, I've only gotten one thing done there and that is my nose piercing. I will say however, I have seen their work and I like it and I did like how quick and painless the piercing was, so I do plan on going back for tattoos and other piercings soon!😁 I'll keep yall posted 😉

Showed up to the shop at 2pm. Hours are posted 1 - 7. Called the number and the guy answers hello like it's his personal phone. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked when he would be in. His response was "eh I dunno like an hour or so." To which I responded, "Oh really cause your sign says you're open at one." I hung up. Yeah, great business.

Joe is fantastic! Got my first tattoo and third lobe set pierced last year from him, and they turned out great. Went in today to discuss matching tattoos for my husband and myself, Joe was very friendly and we are going to get them Monday at the latest, have a lot of appointments this week and dont know if we will have time. Joe takes the time to make your experience very enjoyable!

Goyy Daith pierced by Joe. Was quick and to the point like I like it. Was in and out in no time. Pricing was definitely reasonable! Decided to do this to try to get relief of my migraines and it's definitely helping. Will be coming back to Joe when I'm ready to get the other side done!

The artist we got was young. She will eventually develop her skills, but at the time of our tattoos, she was kinda heavy handed. Then within a month you could already see the areas where the color she put in my tattoo was missing.

Had my daith pierced on Tuesday and on Friday on of my balls fell out. I messaged them and they told me to come in an hour before opening and he would fix it. They are true to their word and very nice to deal with. Will definitely be back for any other work I get done

I really like the staff but now my 17 year olddaughter can't get any piercing with me there even? He did one prior, very frustrating. I won't be going back because when we were told this Joe didn't say a word, just sat there, not cool. Tattoos and peircings will be done somewhere outside of Roswell now, cant trust anyone and Joe was the only one here I did trust. May I suggest communicating with your clients better? Take care
