4 year customer of this shop, absolutely zero complaints. My first experience, I spoke with Jake Maricle, IG: jake_maricle, regarding a tatto of the Bills throwback logo with 716 inside it. I will say, he's got a different way of operating as an individual, but it will always be good work from Jake! He's done 3 of my tattoos, 1 cover-up, and an addition as well, and all look great even after time has passed.
As for the environment, it's relaxing. Health department certificate on the far wall upon entering, as well as some local awards. Jake (as well as the couple other artists I have met), take the time to ensure you're ready for it all, and comfortable, both mentally and physically. Would give these folks a 10/5 if I could, and no that is not a typo. Highly highly recommend them!

She engaged in conversation throughout the entirety of the tattooing process and was able to successfully divert my attention away from the pain. Her quality of work is efficient and clean. I booked with her again right after completing the tattoo because I was that pleased with the overall experience. 10/10 would recommend!
