Took my younger sister here for a piercing and her piercer was Jesse. He gave a no pressure relaxed environment. The receptionist Seth was also very helpful, a friendly face to see when you walk through the door.

Got septum done 2-3 weeks ago and love it. I waited for about 5 minutes and in another 10 I was walking back to my car fully pierced and paid. They do a great job and it turns out fantastic so long at you keep it clean.

I surprised my wife with her first tattoo for her birthday this past weekend. We used Big Ink and they were phenomenal! She was naturally nervous being her first time getting a tattoo but the awesome crew at Big Ink knew exactly what to do to calm the nerves and helped her relax and enjoy the experience. And Randy the artist who worked on my wife’s tattoo was beyond awesome, we couldn’t of asked for a more professional and patient person to help her through this awesome experience. I had called and made an appointment for 2 people to get 2 tattoos. Spoke with a gentleman, who did not ask for a deposit or name. Said I had my appointment for Thursday at 12. See you then.
I explained what we wanted and he didn’t ask for a picture or name. Drove over an hour to come today. And the guy at the desk (pretty sure this is who I spoke to) said that no one there would have booked the appointment. But they did. Rude. Bad customer service. And a waste of time.

Literally the best place to get your ouchies. The artists and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Hunter specifically has been an amazing addition to the team and always takes great care of us when we come in!

Very polite and professional. Got my septum done here and the piercer walked me through the process which was very quick and easy, and explained the aftercare very well. Everyone here is amazing and I will definitely be going back here for any future piercings I get. 10/10 would recommend!

Yesterday my best friend and I got matching tattoos from their new artist Randy. He was very welcoming, clean, professional, and great company throughout the experience. I was amazed at how little pressure he applied with the needle. Felt like a ballpoint pen gliding across the skin. My friend already booked another appointment with him and I will be too in the near future. I have been tatted by jaydee, Billy, and now Randy. As always it was a great experience with friendly, committed staff as they pop in and out checking in on you and the artist making sure you’re comfortable and relaxed.
