Absolutely incredible! Everyone is super kind and professional, everything is super neat, organized and clean. This is the best tattoo/piercing shop I have been to. Darryl was so nice, really patient and so skilled. I had an excellent experience and will be back for sure. 100% recommend, this guys are awesome!

Okay people, there are some talented, amazing artist at Redhouse! I got my first tattoo done there, 3 sessions, 4 hours each session. I had Kenna for my artist, she is such a joy, and beyond talented. It is unreal what she can create! It is very clean in the studio and everyone is like family there. The atmosphere there is great. I can not say enough about Redhouse and Kenna. My mind is blown! I will be getting any future tattoos done there from now on.

I got my conch and rook pierced here a couple months ago and they are exactly what I wanted! Darryl walks you through the process, and makes sure you are okay at all times. They are all very friendly, and helpful. Very clean (wearing gloves, opening everything in front of you, sterilizing everything, etc.) I highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants to get any piercings, good prices, great service and very clean.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and very professional. Becca was fantastic on the phone, very informative, and super nice! When I came in, everything was very clean and organized, and the procedures that they have in place for COVID made me feel very safe and comfortable during my time there. Tom that did my tattoo was phenomenal and very fun to talk to. Thank you so much!!

The staffs there are not super nice but it's okay. Since they don't have a price tag for the jewelry, you just have to pay whatever they say. But the piercer looks skilled and professional, and piercing is not very painful.

I've been here several times, all with Tom doing tattoos! This place is amazing - very professional, clean, and friendly. Their artists are extremely creative and helpful when it comes to designing tattoos! I've spent several hours in Tom's chair, and I can honestly say that I wouldn't even consider getting tattooed by anyone else, let alone anywhere else. If you're in the Buffalo area and looking for a place for some ink or piercings, look no further!!!

I love this place! The shop is very clean, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Everyone is super professional. I will be having my first tattoo session with Tom there in a few months, and I can't wait! Just got pierced by Darryl today. It's been awhile for me, so I was nervous. But, he made me feel at ease by talking me through the process, and just conversation in general. I plan to go here for a lot more work in the future :) If you haven't been here yet, and are looking to have work done, I highly recommend it!
