I absolutely love and look forward to my appointments at I&I. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and amazing! Karla is a very knowledgeable and experienced piercer. She made me feel instantly comfortable and reassured. Savannah is a phenomenal artist! She is very thorough and detail oriented. Her work is amazing and I look forward to having her tattoo me again.

Went here for a couple piercings. The establishment is very clean and professional. Karla, my piercer was very welcoming and informative. She was quick to relax you with basic conversation and kept me informed of everything that was happening. I was very nervous (and excited) but she was calming and professional. The price was VERY reasonable so well. Needless to say, this business seems to be doing everything right.

I’ve gotten my ears pierced ~5 times since i was a child, and each time they either rejected, got infected or just completely blew up in my ear. I came here to try one more time to pierce my ears after hearing such great reviews. I explained my situation to Karla, she listened very carefully and she made sure to use the best materials and give me the best aftercare advice. I’ve had the piercings for over a year now with no complaints, no irritation or anything ever! i’m so happy with them and i can’t thank her enough for being so cooperative and thorough. thank you!
