I have been in and have been tattooed by chad and Brooklyn. Very relaxed environment, very inviting. Planning my next tattoo as we speak. I’ve brought friends in to get there first tattoo and I couldn’t be happier. Prices are very reasonable and they are very accomadating!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very disappointed with Chad. I had gotten gift certificates for Christmas from my family. On January 4th i went into the shop made my appointment with Chad for April 6th. On April 5th i sent Chad an email on my tattoo i was having done. I received an email stating he would be at the tattoo expo and i could go there. Well needless to say Chad was not even going to let me know of this. Very unprofessional on Chad's behalf. He told me that nothing changed but the location. I did not want to be on display and nor should i have to pay to get into the expo. I paid for his attention and no distractions. Chad told me i could reschedule after already waiting 3 months. I feel i did not matter to Chad as a client nor do i feel he is professional. He had already been paid for the gift certificates so he made his money of me. On top of all he only works 10 to 4 Tues to Saturday. Not convenient for the working class people. Well Chad lost a good customer and not only me but people i know. Thank you Noah at Legacy tattoo in Scotia for stepping up and be professional and now you have a customer for life.

I brought my daughter in for cartilage piercing. The studio was very clean and all the equipment was sterile and opened right in front of us. Kayla was very professional and explained each step. Everyone was very friendly!
