Vanessa did my very first tattoo in Port Jervis, NY in 1993 & she did a great job. Tattoo still looks good after all these years. So glad she came to Middletown. Now her daughter is working in the shop with her. A very nice, warm and professional young lady! Prices are reasonable. I've had two piercings done by her and follow-ups to check on my nose piercings were free! There's a new young lady named Katy who is very talented. She did a tattoo on my daughter, and did a new nose piercing on me... she was very gentle! The jewelry there is awesome and so much to choose from! Hope your experience will be as good as mine😊!

Excellent service! went there about 3 months ago to get my cartilege pierced, costed about $50. they did a great job, informed me of things that i didn't know could happen such a bleeding from the piercing which i found out by the owner who had been piercing for over 20 years. my ear healed beautifully, especially with the special antibacterial piercing spray i was given. Very happy

This shop is awesome. I've had two tattoos (one that was an awful, old butterfly that was covered beautifully by Buster) and a two piercings done here - the place is super clean and the staff is knowledgeable and respectful; I'll never go anywhere else to get work done.

This place is the best place I've ever been too. Friendly, and always willing to help you create your fantasy in ink. They had no problem helping draw up something I had in mind. When I asked about sterilization, they offered up any information I asked about. NO NEEDLE is reused. Everything was taken out of packages in front of me. I've also gotten every piercing there too. Always without complications or infection. With them its not about the money so much as making sure that were satisfied as customers. I immediately felt like family when I went in 10 years ago. And I always come back. Customer for life. I love this place!!!!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I got the triple forward helix piercings paid about $140. The middle piercing my body rejected. The other 2 did not heal properly, had a bump around each of them, even when I used the aftercare and aspirin paste they suggested. I finally decided to take it out after 3 months but the last one I was not able to do it myself, the ring was to tight on the ball. I told the gentleman there and he had a nasty attitude talking about o it is easy but if it was I would not have went to them. There was another young lady there who got the spectrum piercing and they did it wrong the first time and had to fix it. If they are professionals they should know what they are doing and have the attitude of professionals when someone goes back to get help with a piercing they did. Personally I would not go back there at all!!! A waste of a $140!!
