Called to find out if I needed an appointment for a piercing, but nobody picked up. A few minutes later, my phone rang and it was Cheryl calling me back. I was so pleasantly surprised! She provided me with so much information and reassurance. I didn’t even step foot in the shop, but I would already recommend it to my friends. You can tell she’s someone who really cares and absolutely knows what she’s doing. Amazing customer service and really nice person!

Went to get a tattoo done for my girlfriend there was some guy with gauges in his ears that took our deposit and made us wait almost a month because he was just never ready or didn’t have the materials then after three attempts he finally does my girlfriend‘s tattoo which came out good I can’t lie about that but I left him a deposit for my tattoo and I never heard from the guy again oh great are there any really good shops in the county?I got ripped off for 100.00 dollars and the lady is going to tell you that he doesn’t really work there so you will need to chase this guy around for your money . The lady that works there is such a nice lady i wish i went to her

Got my nose pierced and Cheryl was so professional, nice, and informational. She explained everything on aftercare of my piercing. Would absolutely recommend and go back for more piercings and/or tattoo’s.

Went with my sister to get a piercing and the piercer was very thorough. She can easily see it was not her first piercing and still maintained professionalism and thoroughness. Clutter was a little off putting but the experience of the piercer made if okay.

Walked into the shop around 7 and there was a man sleeping on the sofa with no shoes on like it was his living room and no one was else seemed to be there we practically ran out of there. Really sad to see because this used to be the go to shop :(

This is the nicest piercing/tattoo shop I've ever been to. For some reason I always got the impression that tattoo shops were unfriendly places, but this place is a gem. Cheryl was sweet and everything was super clean and professional. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.
