Big Joe & Sons Tattoo

Big Joe's has been recommended to me by my uncle for a while now. I needed a very last minute appt for a dedication tattoo for my god daughter whose going through a very difficult time. My artist was Alex. I had emailed in pretty much exactly what I wanted. I was done in less than 15min after I sat in the chair. Thanks for a great experience!

Do not get dermals there!! My sister had 2 dermals done and both fell out. Ive tried to change my dermal (done by another shop) there twice and both times the girl killed me and couldn't change it. Said its not able to be changed. Went to another shop they changed it in 5 minutes. They are inexperienced . Not to mention they don't even look up from the desk when you walk in. You sit there without even being acknowledged. No hello. I had a 4pm appointment and had been waiting since 345. At 4pm my piercer left to get lunch.
Just very unprofessional. Would not go back!

I had my first tattoo in this place about 10 years ago, and recently had another (my second) round of ink provided by Jamie, a truly talented and skillful artist. My wife also had a tattoo created/designed by Jamie, and a perfect execution to a complex cover up. Personable and patient, he managed to make us feel very comfortable in a complex procedure.
In this place, I was able to see a good community of colleagues, and enjoyed the friendly and helpful advice of Emily, Alex and other artists. Premise is clean, high standards are kept in terms of processes, administrative functions and scheduling. Looking forward to coming back to this reputable business, and will continue to recommend to anyone looking for quality tattoo and a pleasurable experience with caring individuals.

I’ve gone here twice, last year for my nose piercing (which came out perfect) and this week for two tattoos. First off, e mailing them with all my crazy questions, they always answered me quickly and respectfully! They are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! I worked yesterday with Mario for my tattoos and he was amazing- I was not rushed throughout the process, he kept asking if I was alright, opened all of the products in front of me and kept me informed throughout the session. I will never ever go anywhere else, this place rocks and they have amazing artists! He made sure I was comfortable, educated on my aftercare and my pieces came out better than expected! He has an amazingly steady hand and I barely felt a thing! I can’t say it enough- I’d never go anywhere else again! Thanks again 🤘

I couldn’t find a quality tattoo/piercing place to take me in as a walk-in septum piercing today, as I had a day off and wanted to do something spontaneous, until I called Big Joe and Sons, which had me in for my appointment within the half hour. Skye (not sure about spelling) was such a lovely, precise piercer, ensuring that my experience was comfortable and painless, and that my piercing would be placed perfectly to suit my face. I’ve never had a bad experience here. All staff members have always been very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

Piercings came out fine but I didn’t like the fact that my piercer was very inattentive, she kept leaving the room multiple times to attend other customers. Almost felt like as if she was stalling piercing us. Prior to this we waited at the front for a while although we had an appointment.

I got my first tattoo here 12 years ago when I turned 18 and it still looks awesome. I just went back a few days ago to get my nose pierced - awesome experience. Emily did a great job explaining everything to me, showing me the brand new supplies she'd be using on me, to telling me what she was going to do before she did it. She was extremely professional, quick and friendly. Highly recommend her for your piercing needs. The shop in general is always VERY clean and they take Covid precautions very seriously. I'd recommend Big Joe's to anybody that is looking to get tattooed or pierced.

I had my piercing a few weeks ago. The shop was clean. I had Skye and she was warm and friendly. I felt at ease with her. She addressed all my questions and concerns professionally. She wasn’t pushy or hasty. A++

I got two ear piercings done by Emily and she did a great job. She was super friendly and explained everything she was doing as she went through the process. I contacted them via email to set up an appointment, they got back to me in an hour and I went in later that day! The environment was casual and friendly, I would recommend them to anyone!

Go to Emily for all your piercing needs! I got my rook pierced (ear) and was so nervous, but she was super calm and made me feel better. The actual piercing felt like it took two seconds and did not hurt nowhere as much as expected! Everything is very clean and Emily did a great job of explaining what she was doing. Trust me--go to Big Joe's and ask for Emily, you won't regret it.
