I went in Friday 12/23 to get a piercing with my daughter. The experience was good. Monday, while washing my face, the nose piercing fell out and down the drain. I tried contacting Sasha (the piercer) to ask if she could re-pierce my nose but she wasn’t there. I called Tuesday and she wasn’t there ( not a big deal…everyone needs time off). I went in Wednesday afternoon after calling in the morning (when she was out “shopping”), she was also “shopping” in the afternoon. I left my phone number because I’d already spent three days trying to contact her. She never called me back. I was hoping she could give me some sort of a break since I had already spent over $150. Thursday, I finally got in touch with her and she said she would have to charge me full price. I’m annoyed by this but I’m more annoyed at the lack of communication.

This place is all around wonderful. My friend and I went in for a couple Pokémon tattoos. Danny did a perfect job on both of them. Very friendly, professional and detail oriented. The other artists in the shop were also very friendly and held great conversation throughout our visit. Prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely be going back here in the near future.
