Overall a bad experience. I went in to get new jewelry for my conch piercing. The piercer seemed uninterested and preoccupied with doing a tattoo. He wasn’t really open to suggesting anything except the standard captive bead ring. The girl working the front desk was more help. Definitely won’t go back.

Very professional, very clean and well worth it. I always recommend ATS, and Brandon to anyone that asks about a good shop in the area. I enjoy the atmosphere there much more then any other shop in or around Asheville, being that there is not that pretentious hipster-chic stench in the air. Very down to earth people that know what they are doing. Brandon has had four apprentices that I have seen him train, and all four have become amazing artists in their own right. Keep up the GREAT work.

I get all my work done here and love it! Everyone is so friendly and it's super clean and professional. Brandon is my artist, he is a true gentleman I would recommend anyone to! If you want good work at a fair price check them out!

I got my cartilage pierced here today and had absolutely the best experience! I was terrified to get it done, and everyone there was SO nice and helpful. They knew exactly what they were doing, and were clean and precise during the whole process. I have a very low pain tolerance, and this piercing didn't even hurt at all! I would never get a piercing anywhere else. So happy with my experience :)

Brandon is amazing- Went in to get a memorial piece for my nephew and cannot believe how amazingly beautiful it is!! Brandon is very friendly and super talented, shop is clean and everyone is very welcoming. If your looking to get a tattoo- definitely go see Brandon.

This is the best place to go to for tattoos or piercings in asheville! I've pretty much got all my piercings there and they've all turned out perfect, with great prices. Very professional, and most sterile shop I've been to. And they're all very friendly, nonjudgmental people! Definitely check them out.

If you want to do a walk in appointment, try to get there between 12 and 3, weekdays are less busy. After that they fill up quickly. No appointments can be made over the phone. Good prices, great artists. You can usually go in and talk to an artist directly for a quote. Cash only, they do have an ATM.
