I just want to personally give a HUGE THANKS to JENN SUMO! She did an amazing job on my nose piercing and my aunt Sylvias on Saturday 🥰
She went above and beyond out of her way to take in an extra customer and help her. It put her a little behind and we had to wait BUT it was perfectly fine! Patience is a virtue and JENN made our experience very exciting 😂🤪 We will be back for any and everything else we have pierced or tattooed!! Thank you again JENN SUMO for being such an amazing person & piercer, NEVER forget it! We love you💜😘

I've been here before and will go back again. It's the only place that I will recommend for tattoos or piercings. I've never had a tattoo but I've personally seen their work on friends and its beautiful! I had the daith piercing on 1 side and need to get it on the other side. They are well worth my 1.5-2 hour drive and the money!

I sat for an hour and Heather was a total pro! She did one of my favorite pieces for myself and two friends. She was calm, talked us through the process and paced for us so a large tattoo was safe and the pain bare able.
I'd go back again if I had an inkling for more tattoos!

I came to Mans Ruin with my mom when I was 16 to get my nose pierced. It was my very first piercing and it hurt! But I’ll never forget my experience with Jenn, who gave the piercing, who had a special trick to calm my nerves. While I remember it did hurt, I also remember I felt strong, and I left there a confident teenager. 7 years later and I still remember this interaction fondly and clearly. 5 stars forever!

Had my septum pierced here yesterday. I felt like I was in good hands with Jenn. Super sterile technique, very knowledgeable about piercings and the aftercare that comes with it. I came here a week ago (7/30/21) to get a conch piercing. Jenn was amazing, kind, and had the perfect mix of gentle and firm to make my piercing no more painful then it needed to be! She also gave me some advice to help with the piercing bump on my industrial.
I wanted something to look forward to for the end of the week and scheduled another appointment for two more piercings - tragus & 2nd lobe piercing - for today (8/6/21) to give myself something to look forward to. My 2nd appointment was just as a amazing as the first, & the piercings look and feel great!! I highly recommend Jenn for piercings & of my experience with four piercers, Jenn has been one of, if not the best!
The scheduling process is really easy - schedule on the app on their website, pay half ahead of time, then go to your appointment a few days later, pay the 2nd half + tip in cash.

Jenn is absolutely amazing!!!
This was my first piercing in a LONG time and I got the Industrial. She was so great to talk to, very fun and funny, and made me feel right at home. She was super helpful in me getting ready to receive the piercings (breathing techniques.) Jenn also was great at explaining the aftercare (which I highly recommend!!) She really cared about my piercings healing in the best way. If you need a piercing with top notch service, this is definitely the place!
