Rebacca is great, just had my first tattoo with her and already planning a second. Very friendly and chatty but very professional and detail-oriented. She does a very thorough cleaning job in between clients and gives detailed after care instructions. I will definitely be back!

I went to this store March 17th, I received a tattoo and a nose piercing. For starters the tattoo artist basically told me his hole life story and made it into a pity party about himself, not only to me but my sister who also got a tattoo from the same guy and begged me not to leave her because he kept talking about his bad relationships and his life. When I got my nose piercing I warned the piercer I have a fear of needles but I’m trying to overcome that fear. She wasn’t supportive and almost let me leave without my jewelry being fully secured. The piercer also pierced my nose at a very bad angle! I went into a popular shop and they told me I can’t wear a stud because it only shows the side of the jewelry and with my hoop it sits wrong as well. I am very unhappy with my visit and I do not recommend this place!!!! I’ve also had someone (idk if they work at the shop) comment on my fb page and argue with me about the situation.

Rebecca was so great and made it such a great experience! I learned so much about anodized titanium and she included me in the process of anodizing my piece to the exact shade of gold that I wanted. Extremely thorough about education and sanitation. Not a turn and burn piercer (like some shops in AVL) - and I so appreciated that!

Rebecca is amazing. I chose Pure Steam because even though I was bringing her a small tattoo and not a large piece of business, she was kind and attentive from my initial contact. Other places were standoffish or not willing to work in something small, but she took the time to make me feel like she wanted me as a client.
Once we got there, I knew immediately I’d made the right choice. The studio is immaculate, and she was very thorough in explanation and consultation. I had two friends with me who were so impressed, they plan to return for work themselves.
She was efficient, thorough, EXTREMELY professional, and the final product was perfect. Also- female shop owner? Hell yes. I’ll never go anywhere else.

She walked me through the process from doing last minute changes to encouraging me during the session. I'm going back next month to get the color put in. Rebecca is amazing and her work is epic!!!
