Patrick is a great guy, he respects the privacy of his clients. This is the reason for the onslaught of negative reviews he has garnered in the past few weeks. You cannot go wrong with his artistry and know how. Cover ups are done with out a hiccup and always take care of the problems you need covered. I highly recommend you go see him.

I have been in shops from East Coast West Coast North and South and this is one of the best most relaxed and eclectic shops ever. Pat and his team of tattoo artist are willing to sit and listen what you want, and if you can't come up with something they can.

Daniel Shaneyfelt took care of my partner and I at Rising Sparrow. We were both tattoo newbies and he helped to not only quell our concerns but also made sure to help us get exactly what we wanted in our tattoo design-wise.
As a tattooer, Daniel was kind and gentle. He has a keen eye for detail and an amazing hand for line work. Daniel gave us plenty of information for aftercare and was easily accessible for any questions we had. We are both so overjoyed about our new ink and will definitely return to Daniel for any future tattoo endeavors.
The shop is also clean, comfortable, and professional and offers a lot of different tattoo and body modification services.

Been here 2 times now both times sat for 7 hours in a chair with the owner. Spent a lot of time watch staff and customers come and go....lack of cleanliness or professionalism never crossed my mind. The number of clients stopping by to say hey or check in said a lot about how comfortable people feel about the way the owner and employees do business! Best shop in WNC

I would rate this 2.5 if I could, a solid middle. I got a tattoo from Narnia and she was an absolute angel! Very sweet, efficient, and beautiful work. I love my tattoo and love her work. BUT when I walked in no tattoo artist, worker, or client was wearing a mask. Narnia wore her mask while tattooing me but other tattooist were tattooing clients with no mask. I also noticed she took off her mask as I walked out, meaning they don’t at all enforce the mask rule. If you are worried about covid-19, I would not recommend this shop. If I had known about the mask ordeal I would have not booked an appointment. I recently got a tattoo at Zen ink and everyone was wearing a mask and they took temp and gave you hand sanitizer beforehand. I was disappointed in their covid misconduct.
