UPDATE: I reached out to the owner (Kimi) via Instagram to let her know I never received an email. I also left my phone number on the submission form. They could have used that. But alas, no response from her Instagram either. So I give up. Good luck getting ahold of them. 👍
I guess they are too busy for new clients or just don't need the extra money. I have called several times, and even submitted an online form requesting a call back to discuss several pieces I want done (probably a couple thousand of dollars worth of work). There was a Billy that worked here at one point, but I don't see his name anywhere on the website anymore. He was a first choice, but in my most recent email, I said I would take anyone with styles similar to Kimi or Billy. It's a shame because their work looks good actually. But I cannot speak to anything because I can't even get a consult. I guess I will have to find someone else in Asheville to take my $$$.

Only text and email, but not very satisfactory, waited for about 2 months only to get back to me that they couldn't do it because they were so booked(I understand that)but told me they were hiring new artists and still couldn't do it. Offered to suggest some other place, but had no respect for my time.
