I come here for tattoo removal and it’s awesome. Great shop. Great artists from what I see on their social media pages(haven’t been tattooed here yet). They are always helpful and nice. Frank (tattoo removal guy) is amazing! Tattoo removal is painful but he does his best to make it a good experience.

My wife and I recently went to get tattoos "my first tattoo" here and it was NOT a good beginning. Artist that we had was really late and he was supposed to be doing both of our work, but I brushed off to the "walk in" guy that did great work but didn't talk to me about anything and wasn't very enthusiastic about doing anything that day. I went from nervous to straight up confused about pricing since mine is bigger but no color, and hers is smaller with color. Thanks but no one thanks.

Jonathan Pope is one of the best! He never disappoints and pulls off whatever I want! He is highly recommended! Everyone loves my tattoos that he has done! I will never go to anyone else for my tattoos!

I went to Tattoo Bills for my 1st tattoo and I'm so glad I did! The staff is so friendly and patient (I was nervous). Pricing was good too. As you can tell by the picture below I got this beautiful pineapple for only $70! They are also very clean and professional which is probably the most important factor of a tattoo shop! I will definitely be going back if I ever decide to get another one!

First session of tattoo removal with Frank was a fantastic experience! He was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. While I was waiting several of the other guys made sure to speak to me and let me know Frank would be with me soon.

My family's experience was awesome! The staff was awesome and family oriented. Most of us have a lot of tattoos and this place was the best we hed ever been to. My wife's artist, the young man, had precise lines and the shading was the greatest. My daughter got her first lip piercing and the gentleman explained step by step to her and showed us everything was very sterile! Highly recommend this shop.

WOW! WOW! WOW! This was the best service experience I’ve had at any retailer, restaurant, or service provider I’ve ever had. Kenny was fantastic and gave great service up front. Jeff did an amazing job covering up my girlfriend’s tattoo and you would never know it was there! I definitely recommend you see these folks. The shop was clean. Great conversation. My friend and I scheduled an appointment with Trent only 24 hours in advance, and he was able to draw them up and give us everything we wanted and more. He was so talented and once of the nicest people I’ve ever come in contact with. The conversation was awesome with both him and Kenny and we just really really enjoyed our entire experience! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Getting a Lazer removal, these guy's are EXTREMELY professional and care more about customer service than any other tattoo shop in Charlotte, I haven't gotten a tattoo there YET, but definitely plan on it

I went in today for a possible consultation, and the receptionist was not very friendly or welcoming as he asked what I wanted to get done. As I proceeded to let him know I was interested in getting a cover up the first thing that was offered was for me to get a very DARK tattoo with minimal color or Laser. I advised I was not interested in laser but wanted something colorful as it would be representing my children, as I am speaking with him a Artist walks up looks at my arm and immediately says that can be covered and it would have to be VERY COLOFUL. She advised for him to take a picture of my arm and write down the details of what I was wanting which he did neither but asked for a$150 deposit for an appt in July. If not interested in Black business was a person or business it would be Tattoo Bill's... Would Not Recommend people of Color frequent this business.
