This Michael guy should be GONE! If I had more time I would've asked for someone else! He wasn't very nice and kept bashing all of my beliefs! I wish I had never let him give me a tat! We will NOT BE BACK! I didn't go there for a BIBLE SESSION! This man is angry and confused! I do NOT want that kind of energy while giving me a tat! PERIOD! This should NOT be allowed at the work place. I felt EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!

“Help friends! My billet child 18th birthday was today. She is an amazing goalie. She has only been in our home a month and just amazing! She has had a scheduled appointment at Tattoo Bills in Charlotte for MONTHS to have a small tattoo. The tattoo was to be the words "Love is Love." This was approved and confirmed by the studio at the time the appointment was made.
Today, the artist, Michael Johnson, not only refused to tattoo the words on her but also gave her a religious lecture! Don’t give this place your business and if you so chose to leave a review on google that would be great!

I got inked on May 11th. Also got some piercings in each ear.
We were an hour late for our appointment and they somehow made room for us on a very very busy day. The parlor and waiting area were clean and comfortable (I actually fell asleep on their couch).
I signed a waiver for both my piercings and my ink.
I got two piercings in each ear. Each hole was $20 (including jewelry), so the total cost was $80. The piercer was a lovely gentleman who was thorough and patient. He showed me all the tools (in their sealed packages) and the sanitation products to ease my mind about their process. I felt like it was safe and it was pretty much painless.
I brought in my own tattoo design, a line of intricate geometric designs, about 8 inches in length and 1.5 inches wide. I intended for my design to be inked in black with no shading. He charged me 140 for the work, which I thought was incredibly fair. He was polite and professional, with an excellent technique and very steady hand. I felt little intense pain during the inking.
All in all, I highly recommend tattoo Bill's for your piercings and tattoo work.

The work they do is amazing, but I had to cut down on the stars because their prices have been getting bit much. I mean for my last 2 tattoos....both of them were simple, small (5 inches), and black ink....yet they charged $150 each. Over the past 8 years I've been going to them the service is always on point, but I guess since COVID maybe ink prices have sky rocketed at this place.

I’ve been doing business with Tattoo Bills since 2001! They have always went far and beyond with their service, prices and quality. Within the years of doing business with them we loss two great men and I say we because they always made me feel like family! I can go on for hours about the love I have for them and the love they have for me. Mike there have done all my tattoos and he has never left me disappointed. Don’t hesitate to call these guys. Kenny, his brother and nephew will take care of you!!!

I go here for tattoo removal. It sucks but with numbing cream and Frank’s friendly smile makes it bearable.
If you have any tattoos you’re tired of or don’t want to go through the coverup process, go see Frank. He’s awesome.
