A 5-6 hour tattoo took 8+ hours and didn't even get finished before I said I can't afford anymore. Not what we discussed at all. I have several tattoos & there's no way it should've been that much or taken that long I honestly believe it was dragged out on purpose. I've never had that issue with another shop in my life and I've had work done over the course of 20years. Super lame that it worked out that way.

Russell was friendly and cool. He made me laugh to calm my nerves before getting my septum piercing. Will definitely come back for future piercings!

Went today to get my five year old daughters ear pierced. Entire staff was so friendly and Russell was amazing was her. She is not cool when it comes to needles and he made the entire experience super pleasant and he was so nice to her. Even got her a snack out of the vending machine because she couldn’t have the candy he gives children because of her allergies. Best experience, so glad we came here.

Had a old jailhouse looking cross. I got @16 now 38, my arm doubled in size but the tattoo did not, Imagine that. After 22 years, it was time. Looked around at different shops in the Charlotte area. Most shops were not really welcoming and did offer what I was looking for. I wasn’t expecting the the warmest, down home family feel. Well,That’s what I got. Tattoo bill’s is family owned multiple generations. They also, Offered tattoo removal and piercings. Either way (JASMINE )did a excellent job on my cover up. So, highly recommended tattoo shop. My sister's and I Went there to get piercing. My intentions was just to get my upper ear lobes pierced. The technician was awesome. I also ended up getting my nose pierced my sister's did as well.

I went to get a very meaningful tattoo from Jonathan Pope. He took his time to draw out a set of lips off a postcard that was over 50 years old. He also copied my grandmother’s writing perfectly. He did the best flower with a watercolor splash background. I won’t go to anyone else for work! He is absolutely amazing!
