I had reached out a couple of times because Phillip was highly recommended for a cover up, so sent in the pictures of my current tattoo and what I wanted. I was told that the darkness of the current tattoo would need to be lightened and I was like okay cool. But then I got on Instagram and saw a man with a tattoo way darker than mine with a cover up! 😂😂🤦🏾♀🤷🏾♀
