The receptionist (I forgot her name) and the young lady that did my sister’s septum piercing were absolutely delightful. I’m trying to decide which piercing I want next so that I can go back! I would highly recommend this shop.

Most every single good artist in Fayetteville, started at Bill Claydon's and/or are still there today...because this has ALWAYS been THE shop. I personally go to Jason, and wouldn't go anywhere else but BCTW.

I originally came in here only because the place closest to my house was closed for piercings. I came in here and was pierced right away with no wait by Paisley who was so sweet, easy to talk to, and informative. Just a few days later I came back for another piercing since I had such a great experience and I will continue to come here from now on! The lady at the desk was also super nice.

Jason Bullington did my first tattoo on me back 96. It was my daughter's name a few days after she was born. And i never had to back and get it touched up and still looks like I just gotten it done. The piercing is fine, the shop appeared to be decently clean and my piercer was quick and professional but 2 stars for the overall customer service im not sure what the older lady at the counters problem was that day but i wont be returning.💯
