Called to ask about getting my daughter's naval pierced, extremely rude woman on the phone said they couldn't do bc we don't have the same the last name! I asked what if I bring in a birth certificate and both our ID's that have the same address? She again told me no and that she want trying to argue with me! Needless to say we went to Evolution Ink and we're taken care of by extremely friendly staff!

Went in there last night to get a small piece done and I must say Anette at the front desk helped out a lot !!! She was running back and forth talking with Sam making sure it was what I wanted. I recently got my tattoo done here at Tattoo world and less than 24 hours my tattoo was infected I explained to the manager everything that I've done to this tattoo was my norms and that I've done nothing to receive such a ugly infection they refused to compromise or help me ... I spent to much money on this tattoo to get a infected tattoo the next day and on top of them not giving me my money back or compromise with me ... they basically said the infected tattoo was not from them but clearly was because again it was less than 24 hours my tattoo was infected. They are the absolute worst and are no help at all . I don't recommend going to them .
