I had a great experience getting my first professional tattoo! Sara was so sweet and did an amazing job! The receptionists were sweet as well and very helpful. I drove over an hour and a half and don’t regret it at all. Can’t wait to come to Sara when I get my Rilakkuma tattoo.

This place is awesome! My sister and I got matching tattoos here! Charlie did an amazing job! He made our tattoos more detailed and more beautiful than the picture we gave him! Everyone here is super nice! This is one of the best tattoo experiences that I have had!

My first visit was for a nose piercing over a year ago. My most recent visit, a couple of weeks ago, was for a tattoo to honor my sister. My tattoo artist was Tech; he is knowledgeable, friendly and helped me with the best placement for my tattoo. Yet another great experience! I also have to mention the front desk staff, they always provide excellent customer service.

Getting my nostril pierced was something I wanted to do for my birthday. I looked at the reviews and said, "Why not?" When I called, the person who answered the phone assured me that they would make me feel comfortable and safe. Going into the shop, (outside) an employee spoke. Coming in the door, EVERYONE spoke. ALL of the staff was very polite. Barbara waited until I was 100% sure and comfortable before she did the piercing. And she did an AWESOME, AMAZING job If I decided to do the other side, I would go back to her. Without a second thought. 10 stars out of 5 for sure !!

I cannot say enough good things about New addiction. From how their website is set up to my consultation to my tattoo appt everything was great. The shop was clean, catered to the customer and Sara is phenomenal. She did such an amazing job on the first part of my sleeve. Can't wait until I have my entire sleeve done by her.

They are amazing, super kind, and make you feel at home! Their artists are amazing! (I've been with Sara 3 times now and all times were amazing) and their piercers are also great, would definitely suggest going there!!

I went to get another tattoo to add to my collection. I found all the staff pleasantly unpleasant. The building had a smell of mold. I found new addiction to be unclean. Just check the restrooms. The staff use this same restroom. I see most of the five star ratings are from first timers, who I assume know no better. I took my business elsewhere and my recommendations would for you to consider the same.
