This was my first time going to New Addiction. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They treated my husband and I like family! My tattoo artist was Thor and he did an amazing job on my cover up!!! He took what I wanted and somewhat made it his own which turned out phenomenal!!! He took his time and made sure I was comfortable! He didn’t even mind taking a little break due to me getting a little lightheaded, he even gave me some candy to help lol.... overall an amazing experience and will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!

Great shop! Love the artwork on the walls. Heather at the reception area is very knowledgeable on each skill set of the artist and can quickly identify who you should consult with initially. Our experiences have been with Danny and Jonathan. Amazing color work with Danny!!! Jonathan was very easy going with our daughter who was a 1st timer and did pretty scripting work! Had a mother daughter weekend with my 14 y/o... we both got our cartridge pierced by Tech. He was awesome. Very sweet and patient with my very nervous daughter. He took his time walking her through step by step of what he was doing, and answered all of her questions. Great experience. Will definitely refer others to you all. Very clean, and friendly staff.
