Cosmic Ink Tattoo Studio

Came in about two weeks ago for my first tattoo. Went pretty big as it covered most of my forearm. About 1/2 a sleeve.

My brother and permanent artist Salvador Gomez is an up and coming artist.

Everywhere I go I am being asked who did my tattoo and how on earth he did it in one session. Sending them your way brother.
I absolutely dig my ink and am so thankful I found this young man. Shout out to Cosmic Ink for finding such devout talent.

Will be contacting my brother in the next coming months to get some more realism ink on my skin. Salud

Sonic was great to work with and the shop is bright and very clean. I wanted to work with an artist to help make my ideas become a reality and he was patient. Unlike other shops that act like your a bother if you dont have a picture ready, Sonic was a pro. Highly recommend and I have 2 more sessions to complete my tat......thanks S!

I received two tattoos and one cover-up from Sonic. He is extremely personable, and I am very happy with his work. He took the time to make sure that the design and placement was what I wanted and he produced some great tattoos. I would definitely recommend Sonic.
The black heart is a cover-up from someone else's mistake. When the most recent tattoo is done healing, I will upload a photo. It is definitely the best of the three, only because of the design. All three are well-done tattoos.

I can not speak on the establishment as a whole but I can say that Mario is very unprofessional. I booked a tattoo with him and paid the deposit almost 2 weeks ahead of time. He sent me a text only two days before the scheduled date and said he can not do the tattoo. He didn’t provide a reason why or offer to reschedule! He just said he would refund my deposit, which he did but this is VERY unprofessional! I’m guessing his reason for canceling was because I changed my mind a few times on the details of the tattoo but at least tell me if that is the reason and if so that is a terrible reason to cancel. If I’m paying $700 plus for a tattoo it should be exactly how I want it. If that wasn’t the reason why no offer to reschedule??

Another thing that was unprofessional was Mario not wanting to provide me with a receipt for my cash payment of the deposit. It took a lot of convincing before he finally wrote a receipt for me but if I would have allowed him to not provide the receipt I would not have had any proof that I paid the deposit when he canceled on me.

This place has some great tattoo artists. Sonic was excellent and is very talented. The whole aroma of the shop shows some positive vibes and it is obvious that they will work with any customer to get what they want. Highly Recommend!!!

I would say he is one of the best in the G boro/ High Point/ WS area. Sonic is fast with the gun and does very intricate and sharp line work and me and my family and friends are very pleased with his work he has done on us.

I have nothing but positive things to say! I got my very first tattoo done about 2 days ago by Mario. He talked me through the process and even said his wife liked the tattoo! I paid my deposit about 2 weeks prior and confirmed my appointment. He sent me the sketch the day before and we finalized the size of the tattoo when I arrived to my appointment. It was a smooth process for me!

If anyone is looking to get a piece of any kind. Get in touch with Mario! He has done every piece i have on my body and can’t say i would go to anyone else. Every custom or basic piece he does to perfection, the attention to clarity and detail in his tattoos are on point. If you want the best, you have to go to the best!

Mario's is an AMAZING tattoo artist!!! I been looking all over NC to get a tattoo cover up & I'm super happy I found him. He is very proffesional and his quality of work is one of a kind.
