Forbidden Tattoo and Piercing

My daughter went and got her naval pierced here and it was an unenjoyable experience. The piercer was not personable and did not let her pick her jewelry. The piercing ended up crooked and completely misplaced. The bar was too short and that led to quick infection. She had to get it taken out because it was so bad. Plus her boyfriend tried to get a flash as well and he was denied and was told that they didn't do flash. Would never go back

Professional, clean, friendly, and such a beautiful shop! I've been pierced by the incredible piercing artist Megan and Tattooed by the phenomenal artist Gabriel Luna here and it's my go to tattoo shop even though it's 12 hours from home! I will gladly make the drive anytime for these folks, I've never felt as welcomed in a shop as I did here.

I am highly unhappy with the service of the ear piercer. I’ve had issues with my piercings since Megan did them and I’ve tried contacting her on two separate occasions about the issues I’ve been having. The first time I contacted her she told me that I could come in, to take a look at the piercing; once I got to the tattoo parlor the receptionist told me that she wasn’t there and she would be gone for a month because she had Covid. We can’t control Covid, so I just let it go. I waited a while and then tried contacting her again about the issues that I am still having, she responded to my initial message and then stopped responding mid conversation. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced here. I loved everything about it they are very clean very professional. Megan was so awesome with my daughter. My daughter is turning 6 years old and she was ready to have her ears pierced and she did so good. I gave a 5 star and I wish I could give a 100000 star I definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris on a pretty substantial project and I couldn't be happier with the result, Chris is a great guy and an excellent artist! You can tell he takes every aspect into consideration and that professionalism is a top priority for him which as a client I appreciate immensely! The facilities at Forbidden are excellent as well, the shop is clean and inviting with a wonderful atmosphere that blends art and professionalism. I stopped in as a walk in to get some piercings. First thing I’d say is I love the environment. It’s very welcoming and clean. The front desk employee was very helpful and got me checked in quickly. The person that did my piercing was Megan and the whole process was great. We talked about what I wanted, Megan provided some education on surface piercings and we ended up doing a different piercing because some jewelry had to be ordered. I love what I got and plan to go back ASAP to get more piercings. 10/10 recommend!

I had my nose pierced by Megan about a month ago after having it out for about two years, and the healing process has been going beautifully! Probably the best since my first two over the last 8 years. She was very informative, sterile, and thorough while making sure everything was explained clearly. Top tier professionalism! I’ve had a great experience with Megan as my piercer. She’s done two piercings for me this past week. She’s super professional, understanding, and easy going. She makes it as simple for you as possible and so I will continue coming here for any future piercings. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.

I was very disappointed. I know that I'm underaged, I get that. But my mother is sick and due to that sickness she has lost a bit of mobility. I tried to explain that to the receptionist, but all she would say is that I can't get my ears pierced even though my mother was there or later when I had the right documents, and even asked where my father was, unfortunately he has passed and I didn't want to say that out loud since it's a difficult issue. Even though I tried to explain many times or ask for a solution, I was denied service. I'm glad I was able to find a place that understood my situation and were caring enough to figure out a solution for me. I hope you can be more understanding to your future clients.
