I got a tattoo at Elite Tattoo Gallery last summer. Even though the tattoo appears to look good from a few feet away, upon closer examination, you can easily tell that she scarred my arm during the tattoo. After speaking to multiple people about my experience, I wasn't shocked to hear that this is not a rare occurrence at Elite. The more i dug, i even found out that they only appear so professional at times because they pay Google so that they "stand" above the other tattoo shops in Jacksonville. Im not saying you will have a bad experience if you go there but the risk most certainly is higher. While I was there, the staff was quite friendly but they most certainly are not all professionals in their trade.

WOW! This is the nicest tattoo shop in the area. It is so very clean! It looks very nice inside, is decorated reaply pretty and a very relaxing atmosphere, big screen tv playing with so many DVD'S right there to choose from to watch, they even had candles lit on the coffee table. They had free coffee (Keurig, with many different flavored coffees and different regular coffees, they had free snacks and other free beverages too. The front desk people are awesome, very helpful and they answered all of our questions and made us feel really comfortable. My daughter and I went up ther to get a mother/daughter belly button piercing. JESSYE was the piercer who did mine and my daughter's. She was SO SWEET AND AWESOME. She made us feel really comfortable, was very personable and just and all around great person. She made sure we understood everything before and after the piercing. She really was so good to us, and even though this was my daughter's first piercing, she made her confident that everything would be fine. My daughter had a wonderful experience and had a good time hanging out at the tattoo shop. I am so happy that we choose to come to ELITE, and that we got JESSYE to do this for us. I will be back to see her to get my daith piercing VERY soon. I also am interested in getting a new tattoo, so while I was there I browsed through every single tattoo artist's photo albums. I was very pleased with all of the work that I saw in each artist's portfolio. I choose a few artists and wrote down their names so that as soon as I can get the tattoo, I WILL be coming to ELITE to get it done!. I really recommend you to stop in here if you are looking for somewhere to get some new body work :)

absolutely in love with the professional environment and the work they do here. jessye, their piercer, is great at what she does. i had always gone to another shop but she gave me one of the most easy going, pain free, and fastest piercings and healing processes i have ever experienced, and i have 20 so that can say something. will be returning 😊

My daughter got her nose ring as a graduation gift. Couldn't have had a better person to ease my baby girl through this experience. Great atmosphere. Clean and they genuinely care about your entire experience (before, during and after)

They do such great work! That I am addicted to it! Ugh would get my whole body inked asap if possible lol. I love this place and the people who work there, they're so nice and help you with all your questions...even the stupid questions. Make you feel comfortable. I recommend anyone to this shop. I've gotten pierced and tattooed here, wouldnt go anywhere else! Love love this place 😍.

We all have stories and people tell their our own story in different ways. Some use writing some will sing or even show them by their scars. Well Mel at Elite tattoo helped me tell my story through ink. If you want a quality tattoo to really express what is in your mind then come to Elite. Tonight I got my fifth tattoo from Bethany. I've been coming here for almost a year now and this is the only place I will go. Elite Tattoo is by far the nicest and cleanest tattoo shop I have ever seen and the art work on display amazing. Most shops seem so dark and scary for customers to come into but I would feel comfortable bringing anyone here. I will never get a tattoo from any other place except this shop for those reasons. Thank you for your time and great prices.

The front desk staff are terrible called about a touch up on existing tattoo and they told me once they found an artist that would do it (other artist was a guest artist) they would call me. Never got a call, this has happened several times. The staff do not care about returning customers because there will always be new clients due to all the military. I suggest going next door to mad tatter or down the street to ink slingers. Those two shops care about your business and will make you feel more welcome. Go out and find the little shops and the artist you like don't go here just because of the name.
