Does really great work and fast and friendly. The four hours I was there, I felt like I had knew them guys for all my life the way they had me cutting up laughing and talking while I was getting my tattoo. Best tattoo shop in Jacksonville! Great people, prices, art and atmosphere. Anthony hooked me up with two great tattoos in a timely manner without rushing through any detail. It was easy to work with Anthony and Paul to come to a decision about the finer details and placement. This will definitely be the spot for my next one thanks to everyone involved and the service recieved. Thanks guys!

Decided to get a tattoo while visiting from Vegas. A friend recommended Freedom Ink and I'm so glad she did. The shop was very clean and sterile but still felt welcoming. The staff is so professional and personable. My artist was Paul, he is extremely artistic and was very patient with me about coming up with a design. I absolutely love my new ink! This is definitely going to be my east coast go-to shop!

Came in as a walk-in. They were able to accommodate myself and 4 family members to get tattooed. AWESOME customer service.
I also got a septum piercing. The piercer was super friendly and informative with after-care. It was hands-down the best piercing experience I have had. Price was great!
This is a very friendly and accommodating tattoo shop. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Jacksonville area looking for any tattoo/piercing work.

Don't go here I repeat don't go here and if you do do pay until your tattooo is finished. Went to get a tattoo he didn't finish that night. The day I was supposed to go back to have I finished they canceled on me and won't schedule me to fix it. IM NOT VERY SMART AND PAID IN FULL DONT BE LIKE ME, had to go to another shop and pay again to have it finished

Awesome little shop! Anthony did an amazing job & took the time to make sure it was perfect! Relaxed & comfortable atmosphere & not over the top pricing you see in a majority of Jacksonville shops! I've gotten tattoos in multiple states & overseas & I'm happy I've finally found my east coast shop!

I honestly enjoyed my experience here, but my piercing sucked. The piercer was friendly and the studio seemed nice and clean though. I got my belly button pierced on a whim May of 2018, and I come to find out that it was pierced WAY too high, and unable to ever heal because of that. I waited over a year for it to show any signs of healing and it just continually got worse, despite cleaning it diligently. I took it out less than 12 hrs ago and the holes are already sealed & the massive red bump that developed is already going down. I've never been tattooed here, but i cant say I'd reccomend them for piercing.

Was a last minute decision on this tattoo but it came out very, very nice and on top of that the length it took to get it, was not bad at all. Overall very nice place and plan to come back if I'm ever in the area in the future.

I didn't get a tattoo there but I went in and they were very professional and clean. I looked at some of there work and it was definitely on point. I would check them out if you are interested in getting a tattoo. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. That go eat a long way when you are getting a pi even done or just looking for a first tattoo.
