Me and my mom got matching flower tattoos on our feet. Paul was excellent, my mom has a very low pain threshold so this place was perfect for her, very light handed and within budget. This place outshines all other tattoo parlors, would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. Very friendly staff, totally going back again for future tattoos.

Stopped by for pricing on a palm sized tattoo. Nothing huge and no color and they wanted $200 a piece. The two guys in there were just making up prices off the top of their head. The place was also really dirty; the floors disgusting, don't recommend sitting on the couches. There was crusty food laying around everywhere. We went to another tattoo shop for pricing right after and they said $80-$100 max for this tattoo and their shop was much cleaner.

Paul and Anthony were amazing! started right away and prices were very reasonable. My husbands tat lasted about 2 1/2 hours and went 1 1/2 over their time to close! Definitely will be back and refer everyone who asks to freedom ink in Jacksonville! Also got my nose pierced and it was quick, easy and affordable as well! Awesome people and place!!

One of the greatest tattoo parlors I ever been too! I got a band tattoo on my arm and a rib tattoo of dog tags with my fallen comrades from when I served in the military. Phenomenal art work, they make vibrant pieces, of you are looking to get a good tattoo for your money’s worth this is most definitely the place. Seriously I strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience. These guys really do everything they can to make you comfortable and do the work you want for a great price. I'll be there again and recommend them to anyone who wants to get a tattoo in Jacksonville. Anthony was my artist for my first piece there. Great guy, held a conversation well. I had such a great experience at Freedom Ink. It was a very clean establishment and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Leah did a bestfriends tattoo for me and my two girlfriends with short notice and made our time there very comfortable and extremely fun. We are very happy with her work and would definitely recommend this tattoo shop to anyone looking for a great tattoo.

One of the best shops I have ever been too. I am very particular when it comes to artists, as stick with one and become loyal for years, Staff was/is amazing. I came from Pittsburgh and they fit myself and my friend in within the day. Owner has an amazing hand, very light, and made my experience an extremely memorable one. Anthony is the best tattoo artist!!! He not only is LIGHT handed, he truly cares about his clients. I kept making little changes to my art work. He was very patient with me and helped me make my decision and feel good about my piece. The shop is very CLEAN and cozy, lots of love going on in there!

I came in two weeks ago to check the place out and get a quote on an sunflower idea I had for a tattoo. The staff was extremely friendly and I immediately set up an appointment with Paul and sent them the reference photo of my tattoo. The other day Paul reached out to me and asked me if he would be able to push my appointment back an hour since he was going to be working late on a piece which was extremely professional to me since he notified me in advance and today when I went in for my tattoo he thanked me for being patient. My tattoo experience was amazing having previously gotten tattoos I enjoyed the environment and the amount of time and care he took to go into detail on my piece so it turned out exactly how I wanted and he even went a step further and added some detailing into it that I didn’t think of but he of course mentioned his plan to me before he went through with it. I am currently working on designing a half sleeve to compliment the tattoo Paul did for me and I will make sure he is the man to do it for me!

Best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. While my boyfriend waited he got to play video games and the environment was just superb. Anthony did my tattoo which was a underboob piece and he took his time and made sure everything was perfect and I absolutely love the outcome. I will forever be a customer to freedom ink.
