I called to see about getting a piercing done the man who answered the phone said at 5. So at 6 I went up there to sit and be ignored for 30 minutes just to be told she wasn't there and he didn't know when she would be in. Very dissatisfied this business lost a good bit of business from me my family and friends

Made an appointment at 4pm, 2 days ahead of time. Came in at 3:45. Was told to come back 30 minutes later. I did, they still wasn’t ready by 5 so I left. Want go back for sure.
