Lee is the absolute best with all the above (quality, customer service, etc.), plus extremely masterful and knowledge in his craft! Thank you for making both my teens feel absolutely comfortable with their piercings! I wouldn't have returned and entrusted them with him if I didn't have such a great experience 4 years ago with my own.

Got this amazing tattoo a few week ago in celebration of my 50th birthday. Casey is so awesome to work with and is very professional. I love her work!!

I was extremely nervous about getting piercings and sheawn (I can’t remember how he spelled it) was so great. He gave me a lot of reassurance and by the time he got started I felt calm and comfortable.

Fine work, but was overpriced. I spent $150 on a single-color tattoo that took 15 minutes. When I asked other places around for the cost, they would have charged $60. My fault for not educating myself and shopping around, but a 150% difference is pretty steep.

They have great people and overall just very friendly, professional staff & services! Highly recommend. Had a very great experience getting nipple piercings the other day and they look AWESOME! Feeling very sexy with them. A couple of my friends want them and a tattoo from this location after sharing my experience. Thank you, Tyler! The pain was worth it and I didn’t faint ✊😤 And I didn’t catch the name of your apprentice but he showed me exactly what kind of barbells I want to get - white or purple opal w/ prongs would look pretty af 💜 time to get a Halloween costume to show them off properly

Awesome place! I had inquired about getting one of my nipples pierced - they called me same day and next thing I know, I have an appointment with Tyler for 5pm.
He was very gentle and thoroughly explained everything. Really sweet guy actually.

I went to get a tattoo on my toe for my birthday. The guy from Ireland (I think) did my tattoo. He didn’t color my tattoo in and told me to come back to get it colored. When I tried to make an appointment to come back to get it colored they tried ti me me for through the appointment process again. Are you serious??? I was told to come back. I tried several time to call and speak to the person who did my tattoo and I even emailed him and I didn’t get a response. How professional!!!!REALLY!
Furthermore…… I paid for a tattoo that you can’t even see. I have dark skin and evidently they don’t know how to tattoo on dark skin.

I don't know where to begin.

My friend and I have been wanting matching tattoos for years. When we heard our favorite musician was coming to Raleigh on 10/1/22, we booked tickets, then immediately booked to have our tattoos done. You'd think a parlor with a nearly five-star rating would be the place to go, but apparently we were wrong.

Let's start off with the fact that there are two places with identical names within fifteen minutes of each other but this was never mentioned when my friend put down a deposit for the appointment. We showed up at the wrong location and in turn ended up at the correct location after the start of our appointment time.

When we arrived we told our artist that we had decided on getting the tattoos on our middle fingers (which my friend had mentioned when she put the deposit down). We were lectured on the downsides of finger tattoos (fading, etc.). We were fine with this.

Immediately upon entering Vic's room, I was uneasy about the placement of my tattoo so I asked my friend to go before me so I could think about it. Nevermind that the artist took a personal call randomly, disappeared once or twice, worked at a snail's pace, made fun of a different tattoo of mine and how long I told him it took the artist, and insisted he would FREEHAND THE PIECE; I was just nervous about the tattoo itself. When he was finally done with my friend's piece I was feeling a lot more at ease (likely because I had over an hour to come to terms with it). I told the artist to emulate exactly what he had done with my friend's tattoo. He said that since he had already done it once, he would be much quicker with the second one.

He was not.

My tattoo took nearly as long as my friend's tattoo. It was going fine, until the artist paused and said, "I fu**ed up." Yeah. He accidentally attached the pieces of my tattoo together. He didn't apologize. Instead he said that he had become too distracted talking to us and forgot to make the top part of my tattoo shorter.

I am speechless at the outcome. Attached is a picture of my tattoo which is now fully healed. Some portions are not even shaded in whatsoever. Others are clearly halfway shaded. We saw him dip the needle once to twice during each tattoo. I wasted four hours of my time and $100 on this.

I'm so glad I went to R&R Tattoo for my peircings!
Lee did an excellent job last year with my helix and daith ear piercings. He is clearly experienced and explained why one of the peircings I requested was not appropriate for my anatomy and may not heal properly.
I've been back several times since to have my jewelry changed out at no charge, just the cost of the jewelry (unless I bring in my own).
