Sean did a great job with my newest tattoo! I went in person to make an appointment and he was able to do it within a couple days. He customize drew the tattoo I was looking to get and did an amazing job! I will definitely be back for my future tattoos and piercings, and 100% recommend him to anyone in need of new ink

I was not pierced here but have come in twice with issues with a healing nostril piercing. Both Lee & Seth have been super helpful adjusting my jewelry and talking me through the process. They are both patient and thorough. Neither charged me for stopping in and they encouraged me to come back any time I needed help. If you are thinking about any piercing I'd definitely recommend these guys!

I got my belly pierced like a year ago from Lee, and he did a wonderful job, I was very nervous and he helped ease my nervousness and it went by very well, yesterday I got my nose pierced by Lee again and it went by fast and smoothly. A great place go, I definitely recommend going here!

I used Google to find a Piercing place close by. The first real place was rock n roll. I read about all of the good reviews Lee was getting so I felt confident that I made the right decision. I was not wrong. I only had my ears pierced but Lee was entirely professional kept talking right through the entire procedure making sure I was fine. Quite painless. The covid-19 shot hurt worse actually. I'll definitely recommend this shop and Lee to anyone wanting a piercing.

Sean was absolutely amazing !!! He took my vision of what I wanted and made it reality .His work is top notch quality for sure !!! 🥰🥰. I’m soo in love with my tattoo... definitely will continue to come back for future tattoos... the staff is really friendly and polite..

I was really really nervous for my first tattoo. As soon as I walked in, everyone was extremely chill and super nice, and it’s a really clean place! Every person I talked to made me feel way better and the artist was awesome! Light hand and efficient. I would definitely go back here if I get another tattoo!

I rated earlier on my experience of this place and one of the workers had commented back saying I was a liar. I went in on Friday around 4-5pm and filled out paper work and even paid a $20 deposit. The artist and the receptionist were both very aware of the tattoo I wanted, foot prints, a bible verse and a flower. I told them whatever weekend you can I’m in no rush. When I went in on Friday Kamil was rushing me on what I wanted and was trying to get me to do it then and there but I told him only weekends and he walked over, looked at his schedule and said “Can you do Sunday at 6?” And I said yes. The receptionist scanned my ID and I also paid. I could’ve made a bigger deal then I did but I just walked out! The receptionist offered me a Tuesday appointment and I declined because I’m a SAHM with a 5 month old (which I explained on Friday when making the appointment cus I even came in with my child to schedule). Once I declined he offered me a few weeks out and nothing more. I would highly recommend not calling your customers/clients liars cus that will get you no where.

EDIT: and they deleted my previous comment. What happened was I had an appointment at 6pm on this past Sunday and they cancelled on me after waiting in the lobby for several minutes. The artist (Kamil) and the receptionist (he had dreads and glasses) were aware of what I wanted and when I was coming in. The receptionist even scanned my ID and took my payment of $20. That same day I received a message from them and I was pretty much confirming the appointment and they said nothing about him being behind. If he was running behind then a simple message would’ve solved this and not made me so angry. Keep doing what you’re doing and stealing peoples money! For the people who have had a good experience here, you’re lucky!

Great staff. I was way over charged on a small tattoo that took only 15 mins... I wasn’t provided much information before getting in the chair like how long it would take , if the ointment was included or any after care instructions. (Not sure if that’s just piercings) it’s been 2 years since I got a tattoo. I love the tattoo overall buh the price could have been cut in half and the shading could have been way better... not sure I’ll be back

I got my second hole in my lobes pierced and Lee was fantastic! He made me feel at ease and talked me through the entire process. The shop is so clean and Lee did an absolutely perfect job on my piercings! 10/10 recommend.

I would like to start off by saying that I am new to getting tattoos and this was my very first tattoo. The guy that handles making appointments and dealing with the customer is extremely rude and unprofessional. He made rude "jokes" and I felt so uncomfortable around him but I figured since he wasn't going to be my artist that it would be fine. I get there on time for my tattoo and the artist barley says a word to be about the tattoo, the placement, the cost and doesn't walk me through what he's doing or going to do at all. While we were in the room and he was tattooing me his phone rang and he picked up his phone (which is the dirtiest thing someone can own) and stop doing my tattoo and talked in the phone and then proceeded to continue with my tattoo without removing those gloves and putting on sterile gloves. Then when it came to discussing aftercare he was very short and bland with the instructions and keep in mind I've never had a tattoo done before so idk what to do. Then when it was time to pay I walked up to the front counter and the receptionist guy says "what do you want" and I tell him I need to pay and he laughs and says "you pay him" talking about the artist but HOW was I supposed to know that when no one told me and I've never gotten a tattoo before! Like I don't know anything about this stuff and it's like he excepted me too.

The store was clean and the work is alright but the people and the atmosphere is terrible and I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone!
