I went in bc I did something very stupid and put too small a piece of jewelry in my septum and when I got headbutted by my dog my nose swelled up and I couldn’t get the jewelry out. It was a very stupid move on my part but the guys were very nice and helped me remove the jewelry and replace it with something of appropriate size as well as offer aftercare to help heal any damage I had caused. I always will go here for any piercing needs!

My twin daughters got their noses pierced by Magen Stewart, she is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable in the profession, told my girls everything they needed to know about aftercare. Magen even explained which hoop piercings are best when that time comes. Shes been doing piercings for 25 years! Came here for my teenage daughters nostril piercing, (done by christian) and it was a very good experience. He was super friendly, professional, and really eased her nerves being so talkative and friendly. Will be going back for my own piercings. Best shop in the area so definitely give it a try, the artists here are super talented.

Always professional and pleasant to talk to. I previously had a botched septum piercing from another tattoo shop and I was able to get in and have it fixed the right way. The piercer was just awesome. I think his name was Shannon. Super awesome and loved the result!

I went to Black Cloud in concord mills a few weeks ago for a nose piercing. My nose ended up forming a crater (it's another name that start with a g- Idk but it wasnt a keloid) around the jewelry. I panicked cause I thought it was a allergic reaction but anyway I went to the nearest shop and I spoke with Magen! She is very expierenced(over 20 years). She knew the issue right away (the other shop used a jewelry piece that was WAAAAY too small) and switched out my jewelry! She was awesome and was so informative! I definitely will be coming back to her and using this shop to finish my sleeve as well! Thank you Magen! Smh we need more people like her in this world!
