Such a great experience getting my ears pierced. I got three piercings on my lobes and one on on my cartridge which I was nervous about. The man that did them (of course I spaced his name) was so kind and took his time making sure the piercings were even and on top of that it didn’t hurt as bad as I thought. Thank you 😊

I came in about a week ago to get replacement jewelry for my nose ring that had fallen out as well as to get assistance with removing the back off of an earring that had gotten stuck. He took the time to taper my nose piercing back open and replace the jewelry for me. The earring job was a little bit of a challenge, but he did an incredible job of getting it out gently for me! The person who greeted me at the door as well as the piercer were both friendly and welcoming, great walk in experience.

Came here with my sister to get matching nose piercings, they only allowed one person in at a time, so my brother and I waited outside in the pouring rain for her to be done, so I could go in and get my nose pierced afterwards. It only took roughly five minutes for her to be done. One of the employees told us we didnt have to stand in the rain, and we expected him to invite us in, but he rudely told us to go wait in our car and then slammed the door. When I went into the shop, I was dripping with rain water, and they handed me an iPad to fill out a form. i was dripping all over the ipad. There were two people sitting in chairs, watching my every move. I know that sounds dramatic, but every time I walked from the front desk and to my chair, their eyes and heads would follow me. As someone with social anxiety, this was very unsettling. I felt extremely judged. Eventually I got called back and got my nose pierced. the piercer was nice, and as you could expect those two people were staring me down when i went to pay. They only accept cash, so i had to use their atm. And it was nerve racking because the two people were staring intently at me as i input my card and pin. It seemed clean, but it was awkward. I wont be going back. They also charge an ATM fee.
