I went to receive walk in service the employees were disrespectful. As the opening employee witnessed us walking to the door they did not unlock the door and made us call. We then were asked what we wanted and they proceeded to tell us they did not have any availability until May, for something that would take 30 mins to do and then as we were leaving all the employees came outside to smoke and drink coffee. Do not come here the service is horrible!

I was going to get a tattoo by Eric which I was actually pretty excited about because he seemed to have a pretty good idea of what I wanted.... But when I ask the girl receptionist if my friend could sit in the front waiting room with my baby sheshe was she was very rude about it and told me that if my baby cries that she has to go outside. It's too bad for the guys that work there that their receptionist is making them lose money

We didn't get to get any art work because they are so booked up however the shop was very clean they had great pictures of work they've done and they we're very pleasant ppl

Good customer service. Prices a little to high. $20 for a dermal top and only had a couple to pick from and wanted to charge me $10 to put it on.
