Getting pierced by Alyx was an awful experience. She did not use clamps when performing my tongue piercing, not was she even remotely gentle or sympathetic. She was rude both times i went in there and when i called the store to ask about changing my jewelry. She gave no instructions upon having my barbell shortened when i was there as well. She was rough and practically yanked my tongue out of my mouth when i went in. If you go in, ask for a different piercing artist.

Got my son's ears pierced and my nose pierced in January. They were extremely thorough with explaining the process, obtaining consent, the quality of their products, and knowledge of care. I won't go anywhere else for piercings. Best service and experience! All of the staff was extremely friendly too!
