Josh is a great artist. He did a piece from my girl friend that lasted 5 hours. It was a 12 inch hip tattoo. He also did a sunflower on her wrist. It looks incredible and worth ever penny definitely suggest giving dead rockstar a call

Alex has been avery rude to me the past 3 times I've been there, but everyone else in this place is amazing and so incredibly professional and kind. Chuck is absolutely amazing. I send everyone I know here.
Update: I don't think Chuck is with the company anymore and it shows. They never have their jewelry in stock, and I've been told up to 2 months for a simple stone piece of jewely, and then they're way overpriced. Alex is still incredibly rude, and when I called to set up a septum piercing, I was told they are not longer doing those because of Alex's "personal preference." Not sure who else in town refuses to do one of those most popular piercings. I'm sad to say it, but I will no longer be going here or referring people.

Dead Rockstar is one of my favorite places to go for body modifications! I reside in Jamestown, and I gladly make the long trip just to get my modifications done here!
So far I have received two tattoos from here, and I am in love with both tattoos! The artist’s were very polite and kind. They would ensured that the placements of my tattoos were correct multiple of times before beginning and were willing to take a break if I needed it. They continued to be polite throughout the duration of the tattooing process and even during the after care explanation!
Not only do I have two tattoos from here, but I have also received 6 piercings from here (two helix’s, two daith’s, a conch, and a flat). I had the opportunity to be pierced by both Chuck and Alex! Chuck and Alex are very professional, very polite, will double check your jewelry, the placement, and even what type of piercing before they start. They will explain everything they are doing step by step so that way you are aware of what is happening at all times. They both are also very thorough when explaining the proper aftercare and what to do in case of complications. Overall, they both have amazing personalities that makes the whole experience relaxing and fun!
Lastly, I had a couple questions regarding a little soreness from a jewelry change. Since I followed Alex on her Instagram, I decided to DM her my questions. She was very polite and willing to answer all of my questions!
Overall, I would be coming back for years to come!

Made an appointment a few days before the day went in. When I got in there they asked me what I was therefore I told them that I was there for a piercing and then they asked me to fill out the Consent forms and then asked me again what I was therefore and then the lady told me that they just stopped doing that piercing today and was telling me the risks of the piercing she never said no but we thought she was just explaining it she goes like well actually I am kind of saying no. She could of been straight up before even coming in for it, because on my appointment papers I explained what I wanted. She just seems rude and unprofessional

I had my very first tattoo done by Candi on June 8th and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Loved the design she came up with and was so comfortable during it that I almost dozed off a few times. Will definitely be going back to get more work done.

Website asks to leave a comment when making appointment, but then they don't read the comment, so then when a person drives 75 miles to get a piercing, they can't get that piercing. Bad look for "woman owned business" Guess they are cash full.

Alex pierced mine and my sister's ears and she was absolutely wonderful. She was super vocal about everything she was doing and when she was doing it. It made us both feel so much better about everything and helped us have an awesome experience. She was so personable and nice, and gave me advice on caring for a piercing I had previously gotten done. She was super professional, and my sister and I were both really impressed with her work. I would highly recommend Dead Rockstar and Alex to anyone who asks, and I look forward to coming back!
Update: Came back to get two more piercings and Alex was just as sweet, helpful, and professional as the first time. I also really appreciated the way your business is handling this current pandemic! It was so wonderful to be back, and thank you all again!

I had a GREAT experience here. It was my first time. All day I was looking for a place to get my double lobe piercings. I didn’t have much luck with the ones in the west acres mall because I refuse to have a piercing gun used on me(NOT safe, use needles). Anywaaay, I looked online and found this place. I was little nervous being that I never heard of it, but I was so glad I went through them! They practice social distancing, sanitize everything, I mean tbh, this place almost looked like a doctor’s office rather than a tattoo/piercing business. That’s how clean it was. Chuck was my piercer and did a great job at explaining the piercing process, aftercare, and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Would definitely recommend Chuck if you are getting a piercing. Overall it was a great experience, the staff was super friendly, and the facility was clean. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
