Got my tongue pierced by Chuck & another young gal shadowing him.. They both did an amazing job, friendly, nice, professional. Price was not expensive at all. Highly recommend. Definitely will be going back!!

My best friend decided to buy matching tattoos for us for my golden birthday. We both got a quote with half of the yin yang symbol. The lettering was beautiful but unfortunately both of us are planning on getting the yin yang sign covered up. Both were uneven, mine looks like an oval with uneven shading and the lines on my best friends were uneven and the shading was WAY darker than she wanted and the wrong colors than we wanted. The lettering is great on both but unfortunately we are both unhappy with the symbol and don’t plan on going back

About six months ago I had a piercing done and the lady was very friendly. She was easy to make conversation with, which made the experience much less scary.(Great experience!) I recently had a tattoo done here. The person that did my tattoo was not very friendly. When my tattoo was finished it didn't seem like the details were proportioned like I had in the drawing and some of the lines were not clean. The bandage that was put on my tattoo didn't even cover the whole tattoo.

I got both daith piercings done with Chuck last year. Chuck was very clean and professional. I am a nurse so cleanliness was a big thing for me as well as the quality of metals used for piercings. I’ve never gotten a piercing before and he was good at explaining everything and making me feel comfortable with the process. He helped me pick my jewelry, a hoop on one side and a bar on the other. The reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is that when picking the jewelry, he did not pick a bar with extra length to allow for swelling. I took care of the piercing as instructed, but even with good after care, swelling is expected from the initial trauma. Then, 2-3 days after, I was in so much pain that I couldn’t do anything. Pain killers did nothing. I went back to Dead Rockstar and Chuck wasn’t there to look at my ear, so this other woman did (she’s not a professional piercer but had several piercings). She said everything looked fine and that this was expected and told me to ride it out. I went home in tears from the pain before deciding that night to go to a different piercer to get it looked at. They told me the bar selected was too small to allow the expected swelling. They helped me pick different jewelry and change it out, which as you can imagine was extraordinarily painful at this point. After changing the jewelry and continuing to load up on ibuprofen, I felt a huge relief from the pain.

Courtney scheduled, greeted me for, and did my piercing; she was professional, welcoming, and very kind. In love with my piercing, and will never go to any other place again. Amazing service and well trained staff

I have always had great experiences here with everyone! However on my recent tattoo touch up my artist Candy was a little on the rude side. I told her I went swimming after I got my tattoo and she was very short with me about how she’s surprised I didn’t lose a toe and she doesn’t know why people don’t take tattoos seriously. I had no idea there was a chance of getting a major infection and losing a toe because none of their after care says anything about it. It just states not to go swimming. Please elaborate on your aftercare forms or don’t be rude to me. I still love this place, I will probably never go back to candy though after the way she condescended me like a child when I was never given that information in the first place.

I absolutely LOVE Dead Rockstar!! I have been getting my piercings here for 10 years. After a horrible piercing experience at an "almost" piercing shop, I did my research and decided on Dead Rockstar. Chuck did my lip and nose. The difference in the entire experience was AMAZING! I had my eyebrow and belly button piercings done here, too. I will never go anywhere but Dead Rockstar for any piercings!!! Their selection of body jewelry is the best in the area! I am going to be getting my first tattoo from Candi this coming Thursday and I am STOKED!

Just got my septum peirced by Alex and made me feel super comfortable and talked me through every step that was done. I had a great experience there.
