First if all I would like to say that the owner does amazing art work and seems very nice. My dealings were not with him but with an employee. This employee did a great job on my daughters nose peircing but my issue is with the tattoo. My daughter had a horrible experience w a tattoo she recieved.
Got the run around when trying to get it fixed. Then I had to call and we were told to stop by anytime. We did and had to come back 2 more times trying to get it fixed. Then, she finally gets it "fixed" and it is worse than before! It sucks because now she is stuck w this tattoo forever! And the guy that did it never listened any of the times hence the reason why it never got corrected and was done wrong the first time. It is a simple small heart. How hard is that to do!! Apparently extremely hard🤔🙄

Had a scheduled appointment that we showed up for only to find out after being there for over an hour and actually having an artist start freehanding with markers and having the outline of the tattoo to be told that no one wrote us in the book and then we were told we were actually scheduled with a different artist and that artist was in another session with someone else. That artist is the one who told us we were scheduled with the first artist. No one seemed to know what was going on and all they could tell us was sorry ! Very unprofessional! Will never refer this place to anyone!

Be warned if you are plus size and are getting body piercings, bring your own rings. The ones that they use are way too small for plus size people.

This shop is clean and badass on the inside. It's like walking into an art gallery. The artists and piercer are awesome and the new management handling scheduling is on point! Great prices, and nice quality work! Wouldn't go to any other shop.
