Hiren was very thorough and helpful when it came to balancing out this design against an existing piece on my other leg. He was soothing, professional, calm, and all the things you want in an artist tattooing you. I cannot recommend him highly enough, though all artists in the shop were very kind and had beautiful work and I’d use any of them in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some work from these fine human beings.

Bg Bronson is an amazing artist and I was so glad to make the trip to see the shop. The environment is really fun and its a very welcoming place. also Bg was very nice and took breaks when I needed them! Also they give snacks which is bonus points!

Hiren was thorough, patient, and insistent on perfection with my piece from placement to final touches on a decently lengthy session. I asked him to design a pet portrait for me and he did a great job capturing all of the elements I wanted. He’s an absolute delight to work with and the space is incredibly clean and inviting. La croix in the fridge is always a bonus. I’ll be back! Thank you guys for all you do!

All of the artists are so friendly and inviting! (Not to mention how incredibly talented they are.) The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, for people who have gotten tattoos before or is their first! They are supportive to each other, and often come over and compliment each other’s work. The building is beautiful, with artwork and plants displayed. This is definitely the best experience i’ve had getting a tattoo!!

Oso has been my tattoo artist for the past couple years, and he’s one of the best tattoo artists that I’ve ever had! He’s got a great personality and makes sure you feel comfortable during your appointment! If you’re looking to get some awesome tattoo work done, go see Oso! I highly recommend!

The vibe and aesthetic of the Decorated Body is to die for! Everyone is so friendly and professional! All of the artists are insanely talented, but I had the pleasure of working with Hiren Patel. He absolutely killed my tattoo and was such a pleasure to chat with!

I’ve been tattooed several times, and my experience at The Decorated Body was definitely the most positive one I’ve had!! The space is so beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and Hiren is a phenomenal artist. He went above and beyond my vision for the design, and was so careful and precise with every step from the placement to the execution. He’s also just an incredibly cool dude and was easy and fun to chat with while he worked. My tattoo healed beautifully and it is my favorite piece of body art by far! I would 1000% recommend this studio, and particularly Hiren— he is hard to book with but it’s soooo worth the effort!

The Decorated Body is artist-owned and operated and is the friendliest tattoo shop I have visited. The owners took care in how they decorated the shop, and the people that work there are talented, humble, and create fantastic tattoos. If you have never gotten a tattoo before or have most of your body covered, this shop will impress you with its kind, open, and professional atmosphere. Bobby, Hiren, Oso, and Soap are dedicated to their craft, creating high-quality tattoos that look great.

I've been tattooed by Soapy, Bobby, and Benney, but have had the great fortune of getting to interact with all the artists. Each one of them deserve all the good things in the world. Besides being so inviting and thoughtful, they are all truly talented, knowledgeable, and committed to making unforgettable art. Not enought good things to say. This shop is a gift to the city that we love.
