Definitely one of the top shops in Cleveland, if not the best! The studio is brand new and very welcoming. Bill and his team are extremely talented, with their own mind for creativity in each and every piece they do. The more unique the better they get.

Zero communication. Good luck getting any correspondence from these people. Scheduled a time slot available, no response on whether or not the appointment was set in stone. Don’t return emails nor answer the phone. They must not be hungry.

It could have been a lot better. Walked in, stood there for 10 minutes, girl looked at me, left and went in back room. Boom. Zero customer service. It's cool, 3 other tattoo shops in Lakewood to choose from.
