I figured it's way over due for a review of this place even though we live across the country now. My husband and I have gotten multiple tattoos done here and we love them. But the real MVP is Jake who did my daith piercings back in 2016. I swear these are one of the biggest reasons I went from having 20 migraines per month to 2. So glad I got them and he was so understanding even when I had a panic attack half way through. If we still lived in Ohio this would be the only place we would go.

Took my daughter in for ear piercing. I absolutely recommend this place. Super friendly staff, Very knowledgeable and I think cheaper than Claire's. Cheaper isn't always better but this place was amazing and definitely better. Really great with my child.

Absolutely amazing. I had my first piercing today done by Jacob Ice. It was quick and painless, and he had so much patience with my anxiety! Great customer service. If I ever decide to get any more piercings or even a tattoo, this will no doubt be where I will go.

Jacob pierced my daughters ears and did such a fabulous job, he was friendly and made her feel very comfortable with the experience by explaining everything as he went. We will definitely be coming back 😊

This is the best place I have chosen to bring my children to get their ears, and nose pierced. Hopefully my husband and I can get our tattoos done here as well. Great staff! Jacob did great, and was patient with my daughter getting her ears pierced. He helped me stay calm lol.

Jacob was incredible! They were very kind and happy to explain everything to me, including the person working the front desk. I loved that he cared about as humans and that we weren't just customers. :) I am going to go back here and highly recommend it! I got my nostril pierced, once it's healed I'll go back to switch to a hoop. Happy they will help me with that!

He not only offered great conversation during my 2 hour appointment to help with me nervousness, but he also brought his creative artistic view to help make my tattoo even better than I wanted!
