Employee Ian was incredibly rude and unprofessional, agreed to do my husbands tattoo and took our 100$ deposit, when my husband sent him the references of the tattoo he told us that he could do it darker than when we got to view the actual tattoo design it was a completely different style and design than what was asked for. We had to drive up (when Ian said he’d be there to show us until 8 pm and when we arrived at 7:25 he saw us pull in and then tried to get into his car to leave) He also Ignored all messages about any updates and when my husband simply said “that isn’t what I asked for” Ian told us to find a new artist. We called the owner to talk about how we were treated and the owner said “to come in and handle it in person” which is a pathetic and sad thinly veiled threat as if he could intimidate us. Truly a tattoo shop that reeks of fragile male ego.

I just got my first tattoo here and it was a great experience! Amazing customer service. Everyone was so nice and it was a good, clean environment. They are all great artists and bounced opinions off each other which I loved. Betsy is incredible! I felt like she actually cared about my tattoo and made me completely at ease. They really accommodated us with the schedule and deposit. They were great and I’m glad we went there! I’ll be back soon for my next one :)

Excellent. Always feel at home here, the staff are all cool af. Its a cozy, laid back environment. Mom always says, cleanliness is next to godliness and you could eat off the floors here. (Not recommended.)

This shop has an extremely talented staff of artists. Everyone I have spoken to was very knowledgeable. They have diverse portfolios and are proficient in many styles. It's a clean and professional atmosphere. I'm so happy with my tattoos from Ian. I highly recommend Classic Tattoo.

How will you be assisting in a customer who lost out on money from Dirty Dan who was fired and he took her money without service? Do you honestly feel like you have no role in paying this customer back for your employees wrong? Do you really think it's the paying customer's responsibility to hunt him down for a refund? Why did you not contact his scheduled clients to say you fired him? Letting a new paying customer come up to find out things and be out of money is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

My artist was fairly personable, though we did not see eye to eye on the original design I did get what I wanted and he was very willing to make requested changes. My aunt was getting her tattoo down by the owner who is not very friendly but she said he was very knowledgeable and he was great at knowing she she needed to take a break and applied a numbing cream to help her
